  • To use only products which are safe and provide service that equals or exceeds that recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer.
  • To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
  • To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
  • To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.

    I had my car towed to this shop, and they had it fixed by the very next day! Josh kept me updated throughout the process, explaining the issue and costs clearly, which I really appreciated. I decided to go here because both my mom and my husband have used them before and were very happy and now I can see why! Excellent service, great communication, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

    First experience with Lakeside was today. Dropped my car off at 8 am (scheduled) for 4 new tires and I already have the car back as of 3. Thus far everything is great! Thank you!

    I highly recommend this place. I needed a new transmission and I took my car here. They fixed it on Monday and got to pick it up Tuesday (so they can drive it to make sure everything was good with it). I will definitely be coming here when I need something done on my car. The price wasn't to bad either.

    Shawn was honest with me. I took my car into them because I heard a noise and thought I needed a strut. It was missing a nut in a plastic cover. No charge! I’ll go back again when I need something.
